Awakening Seeds of Divinity

Canadian Blood Services tag line is "Blood: It's in you to give" I love the double meaning and general wittiness of this slogan. Because your blood is literally in you and you can give it because it's constantly making more.

It's the same for the Fruit of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. It's in you to give.

The questions are:

• How did it get in you?

• Is the supply limited?

• Where's the source?

• How do I give it?

The Spirit, and the seeds of divinity, are pre loaded in all human beings. But, like a computer program, if you don't activate it the program lies dormant. According to Christian beliefs activation of the Spirit is found in recognizing Jesus as the Son of God and the perfect conduit back to God the Father.

Romans 8 The Passion Translation:

So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. For the “law” of the Spirit of life flowing through the anointing of Jesus has liberated us from the “law” of sin and death...

So now every righteous requirement of the law can be fulfilled through the Anointed One living his life in us. And we are free to live, not according to our flesh, but by the dynamic power of the Holy Spirit! ... the mind-set controlled by the Spirit finds life and peace.

I call this GOOD NEWS! The Spirit - and his power - is IN ME!

The supply is UNLIMITED!

The source is GOD!

And I am able to give it away by cultivation the seeds of divinity and weeding out human reactions.

• Love - not hate.

• Joy - not despair.

• Peace - not confusion.

• Patience - not demanding my own way.

• Kindness - not selfishness.

• Goodness - not greed

• Faithfulness - not fear based scarcity

• Gentleness - not fear based anger

• Self-Control - not lack of restraint from lack of identity

For me reading Jesus words and works, meditating on what He has to say about me, accepting my own divinity, and subjecting my self to the guiding, comforting, teaching and forming from the Holy Spirit is key to reproducing the supply of divine love in me....DAILY.

The world needs more love. And it's in us to give.
