There's no room for unbalanced self-love or self-hate, ambition or resignation.

These bulky packs must be laid aside.

All selfishness and pride must go in order to squeeze between body and soul and to emerge in the Spirit.

Christ's burden is light. His yoke is easy.

Love the Lord your God with all

your heart, soul and mind.

Love your neighbour

in like kind.

This is how to live in the world. This is how the world can't live in me.

Now I am full of the Kingdom.
