Poems
Terry Ruth Eissfeldt
At my core I'm a poet.
I love to play with words and pictures.
To weave abstract and concrete thoughts together.
To feel all the feels and see the macro in the micro and the micro in the macro.
I especially desire to collide and connect spirit soul and body.
Invocation
An award winning cry from my spirit for Holy Spirit to be the inspiration of all I write.
Noble Nabila
Inspired by two trips to Malawi. In honour of all the children raising children in the aftermath of the HIV crisis ravaging Sub-Saharan Africa.
Lessons
This poem came from a place of loss. My nephew drowned two days before the topic Swim was announced.
In the end we are all called to drown in His unfathomable love.
Dedicated to my sister and her son.
